HI again, only just read your comment.

I'm based in Llandeilo, Wales (40 mins drive from Swansea and next to the Brecon Beacons), Llandeilo is the first Welsh Transition town...

Anyway, there's a Scrapstore in Carmarthen, its' a place where companies can get "rid off" any surplus material, they would normally throw away, but can here bought for a really good price.

I love the fabric section!!!! You fill a jute bag and pay £3 for it - great.

You might be able to just google Scrapstore it might come up with a place near you?

I could also give you the phone number and details for the one in Carmarthen and they might be able to help.

And yes, I too visit our charity shops on a regular basis...

all the best for your visit to india. how long are you going for??/ Im also a fashion student and i think india is a great start for anyone looking into ethical trading. I will be making a visit next year sometime ... i do have friends who live in delhi ... but another region of india really must visit is 'the Punjab' .. places like Chandigarah, Amritsar ( the place of the sikh golden temple), and there are also many other cities and even village who have become quite modern in the past few years as india has developed itself economically so adavanced .. places like patiala, jallandhar ... etc ...
