any apparel sourcing advisor?

As I don't know any provider yet and that I will not go on the spot to chack the quality, I would like to use a profesionnal "sourcer" (sourcing advisor) to provide me with hem/organic coton or linen/organic coton topwear (man & woman).

Delivery will be to France.
