About me / About business or organisation:: I founded Sari, an ethical fashion label in 2002, recycling vintage saris into high end womens wear. My background in sales and marketing helped me establish a successful business. However, the problems I faced in manufacturing in the UK led me to set up Toumazi and Co with Thomas Toumazi a manufacturer with over 30 years experience. I am dedicated to sustainable business practices and strive to support and promote sustainable UK manufacturing and fashion.

Career history / Company history:: 1995 - 2002 - Worked in Film and Television, Sales and Marketing.
2002 - 2008 - Formed Sari UK Limited and won UK Social Entrepreneur of the Year, Business in the Community, Social Business of the Year, Observer Courvoisier Awards Future 500. Founding member of the Ethical Fashion Forum. Established Ethical Design Network for Newham College.
2008 - 2010 - Career Break.
2010 to date - Toumazi and Co Ltd.
