Hi Sass!  Hope you are well. I'm a London based Jewelry designer, my jewelleries are ethical as I use recycled metals and items to create my contemporary items. I hand cut and handcraft my one of a kind Jewelries. Please take a look at my work www.YogyKreations.etsy.com

Warmly,

Hi Sass,

Thank you for the comments. I will look for your book at the UAL library, I'm sure its an interesting read. Loving my current job profile at CFE. If you know any multinational/retailer trying to enter the eco/ethical market and is interested in sponsorships, do let me know. We have some lovely eco-fashion designers who are worth being associated with.

Are you based in London?

Hi Sass,
please do link to my site from your website.
Please note though - it's been running only for a few weeks truly productively, much time spent before on the technical stuff :/.
In addition of what is already available, I've got already a range of new articles/post ready to go online, of which all will be either thoroughly researched like the ones already up, or then - with LFW and Paris Ethical Fashion Show coming up - reports from what I see/hear/encounter on site.
Overall, the goal is to provide high quality content around ethical fashion and associated topics, chiefly from a (social) business / market research perspective.

For more on my background, please also have a look at my LinkedIn page: http://uk.linkedin.com/in/pamelaravasio

On a different account. I've seen that you are based in Florence.
It happens that I very likely will be in Florence to meet a friend of mine from, probably, October 23 to 25. Any chance you might be in town, and have time for a cup of coffee?

Warm regards,
Pamela

Hi Sass,

Thank you for all!
That is really kind of you and much appreciated.

How are you finding Florence?
Few years ago I lived in Orvieto and, whilst there, I have been up to Florence twice. I LOVED it! The people and place is full of excitement and interesting things to see and learn. Is it for real or only my first impression? lolololo

Once again, thank you so much and whenever you are in London, please let me know and let's try meeting up. Xx

Yes I am very old Sass. So old that when I was in Florence my statue was outside.
I have my kilted skirts made in Motherwell by the same company who make for Burberry. and to the same specification. I design all my own tartans and they use any old tartan but charge 4 times as much..

What! You went to Glasgow and didn't bother to visit the centre of the Universe only 40 miles away. Shame on you. Especially shameful since Edinburh is twinned with Florence and it has a statue of me by some guy called Michelangelo. I even have a Firenze tartan in that beautiful viola of Fiorentina and a Juve, Nerazzuri, Rosinerri, and even a Puccini! No-one, no place, no country is safe from the tartan Mafia. Any advice on co-operatives would be appreciated

Ironically it was the Director of the Study Abroad Program of the University of Wisconsin that got me started in my present business and has taken me to 23 African countries.
