Hi Stephen, I replied to your email address a little while back but not sure if you received - looking again at your email address, not sure if it was correct?! Anyway, hope you are well and thanks again for taking the time to meet up before - it was very interesting to hear more about your work in Ethiopia (and Lambeth!). My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org if you still want to send through those contacts.
Hi Stephen. I'm really interested in learing more about the work that you are doing in Ethiopia, particularly with starting up fashion businesses. I currently work as a product developer at Burberry but I'm planning a trip around Africa later this year to meet and work with ethical fashion producers as a sort of fact-finding mission before I eventually set up my own business. The main aim of the trip is to see how everyone is working (from small scale factories/workshops, to individuals, to development projects) and how we can work together to increase fashion production in Africa. Do you have any projects in work at the moment that would appreciate some help for a few months, or would just like to meet up whilst I'm on my travels?
Hello there Stephen,
I wokr in the naturla fibre industry in nepal and would love to know if there are people like you to helpin this country. I have started my business from £2000 many years back and have no funding or help and have done what I can . Please have a look at www.heavenhemp.co.uk and www.wildweaves.co.uk to get an idea of what I do. Would love some help in this sector. Take care,
hi stephen i am hoping to put on a competition/fashion show bringing together the work of african with european designers as a 1st project for my masters in ethical fashion i begin in sept - would love to talk to you about your students and work in ethiopia...let me know if you are free to talk at any point
Hi Stephen, thanks for getting in touch. I had a look at the photos on flickr. Great to see how you're developing young entrepreneurs...exactly what Africa needs. As for the group involved in making silver jewellery, would it be possible for me to see some of their work. If I could get more information on them, and if they are interested I could do some marketing for them through our website and existing network of retailers, and see how it develops.
Hi Stephen, my company Savannah Chic is working towards as system that enables African jewellery designers to showcase their talent at international trade shows. Have a look at our website if this sounds interesting to you. www.savannah-chic.com
I noticed that you're working with Alchemy in Ethiopia and I would like to invite you to join the Africa network where you can find some useful contacts. It will also make it easier for other useful people to find you. I hope to see you in the group soon.
