Creating self-sustainable employment and changing the lives of orphans and vulnerable children
This A/W'12, Soul of Africa, a non-profit charity organization based in South Africa, have created and designed a collection of shoes that not only raises money for a good cause but also includes styles and designs that embody quality and class with a nod to the key catwalk trends.
The women’s collection features gorgeous leather in a variety of styles ranging from pumps to boots which can be paired to any outfit. A mixture of silhouettes swing from African Maze - lace up wedge - to the beautiful yet simple African Fairy - ballet flat made of soft leathers and clean-cut lines. While the men’s collection is classic and premium and consists of styles such as Safari Walk - a modern loafer that features careful stitching and a beautiful finish - the Safari Call - a perfect everyday lace-up leather shoe made for the office hours to the after-hours. Each style has been carefully handcrafted and designed for comfort, quality and class.
Lance Clark, 6th generation of the Clarks Shoe Family began Soul of Africa in 2003. Soul of Africa donates a 20% of the profits generated from the sale of the shoes it manufacturers to the Soul of Africa Trust.
