Kenneth Cole AWEARNESS Give Back Tote

“It’s on our shoulders (to help support the homeless).” Fashion designer and activist, Kenneth Cole invites customers to join the fight against homelessness in the United States, with the launch of his new limited edition AWEARNESS Give-Back tote.

The stylish canvas tote (for him and her) is available in three shades. The totes retail from $78.00 to $88.00 and are available exclusively at Kenneth Cole retail stores nationwide and at kennethcole.com beginning mid-April through June 30, 2012. During this time, 100% of net profits from the sale of the totes will be donated to AWEARNESS, The Kenneth Cole Foundation in support of HELP USA.

“Homelessness affects people of all ages and races. Nearly 40% of the homeless population in the United States is under 18,” said Kenneth Cole. “By contributing and being involved with HELP USA’s efforts, we hope to take a further step in preventing homelessness in America.”

Social media and online influencers have been enlisted to help spread the word about the campaign with their followers. Select fashion bloggers have been sent the tote and are encouraged to show their support.

Kenneth Cole is a founding board member of HELP USA. Kenneth Cole actively sponsors, hosts and promotes homeless-related events to raise awareness about the homeless population in the United States. Since 1986, HELP USA has served over 260,000 homeless people.
