Do you have a passion for fashion and a drive for journalism? The Ethical Fashion Forum is looking for talented interns to research reports and write articles for a new website focusing on ethical fashion.
The website will be a subscription online magazine for anyone really interested in fashion, and will include insider interviews; international news; key industry information and statistics; brand/retailer of the month; sourcing information; event and trade show reports etc.- all with a focus on sustainability. The website aims to help its members become more ethical and sustainable in business.
We are looking for writers and reporters to contribute to the site- both London based, at the EFF offices, and internationally. This will initially be on an internship basis, with the potential for a paid role dependant on successful subscription rates.
Applicants will be studying or working in journalism or a related subject and have an interest in the issues surrounding sustainability in the fashion industry. As a reporter, you will be working on features - from interviews and market research analysis to what’s happening on the high street. We are looking for pro-active individuals with the initiative to come up with their own ideas on what would make an interesting article for our readers. London based interns will also be involved with editing stories and uploading content to the site. Experience in research and report writing, copy writing, editing and a basic knowledge of CMS would be beneficial.
If you are interested in applying for a position please contact victoria@ethicalfashionforum.com with a short e-mail detailing relevant career experience/education to date and why you would be interested in working for the EFF.
