About me / About business or organisation:

I aim to design responsibly. I have had the pleasure of working in the sustainable design arena for the past 4 years and have come to realize that designing responsibly has helped me live more responsibly. I want nothing more than to keep designing amazing creations from organic and sustainable materials that are made by fair paid craftsmen.

Career history / Company history:

I had developed a great amount of mass-market industry experience before entering the sustainable arena. When the Ekovaruhuset NYC boutique opened I worked closely with a group of local designers to promote and craft our organic wear-ables. It was an amazing time for me and I enjoyed so much the interaction of ideas and blending of handcrafts. Along with my very dear friend, Xing-Zhen Chung Hilyard I have developed a line of fun easy to wear organic women's wear and accessories called Eko-Lab. For the past couple of seasons we have been collaborating with the Emmy Award winning artist Jennifer Wen Ma. It is such an honor to continue to work with such visionaries.
