Hello there Hazel,
I have been working with natural fibres in Nepal for a long time now and can supply you with fibre, yarns, textiles, as well as finished goods. Please have a look at www.heavenhemp.co.uk and www.wildweaves.co.uk to get an idea of what we do. I work with hemp, nettle, cactus, banana, bamboo . Hope to hear from you and would like to be your friend. Take care,

About me / About business or organisation:
I am a young woman living in West Wales making and designing custom clothes for that special occasion.

Currently I work from home in the idyllic rural landscape of Ceredigion. I spent most of my life without electricity, which gave me a great insight into the sustainable lifestyle myself and so many others are working towards.

My interests are firmly rooted in the mission for a fully sustainable community and of bridging the gap between rural isolation and the mainstream consumer lifestyle. I use vibrant recycled fabrics and my uniquely designed garments to promote the preservation of our planet and support future environmental experiences.

My business has a strong connection to the energetic local youth culture and introduces the idea of recycled fabrics to new designs, using the rich landscape with its sheer wild beauty as inspiration in my work.

Textiles studies gave me the necessary foundation knowledge to get started making garments, and from there I was able to evolve my art. My hunger for knowledge continually leads me to discover new skills and perfect new techniques.
