I am a student from Edinburgh but have just moved to Rome to study here for a year. In Edinburgh I set up a group (http://thestyleproject-edinburgh.blogspot.com) which aimed to get students and the community restyling their clothing rather than buying new garments from the high street. I would love to learn more about what you do and get involved!
