- Eco Fashion Week is a non-profit organization based out of Vancouver Canada and Seattle, USA which works to highlight leaders in sustainable fashion, educate on the harms of the current industry and collaborate to find new solutions to a healthy earth through fashion.
- Career history / Company history:
- Eco Fashion Week was established in 2009, with its first event in 2010. Seven years and 12 seasons later, Eco Fashion Week is the most recognizable sustainable fashion event of its scale, spotlighting more than 150 designers and stylists, and hundreds of other like-minded organizations in the sustainable fashion industry.
Eco Fashion Week's founder Myriam Laroche, provides consultancy on a more specific level to international retailers, in their journey to becoming more transparent, and less wasteful, with an ultimate goal to close the loop.
