About me / About business or organisation:

My background is apparel manufacturing. My focus is on corporate social responsibility standards in the fashion industry. I am developing an international database of eco and socially responsible suppliers, which is will be available online in the first quarter or 2010.

Career history / Company history:

1986 started designing women's apparel.
1989 created my own clothing company with the brands Billie and Kendra.
1995 after the company closed due to the recession, I worked in direct retail marketing for a fashion company.
2000 -2006 I did R&D in eBusiness for the fashion industry
2006 to present - I have been developping a B2B portal for the eco and socially responsible fashion industry.
