Creative Director/Designer/Co-owner for independent and ethical fashion house, Mehera Shaw. Owned by Shari and Mark Keller. Launched in 1999.

Designer: developing and overseeing all aspects of original style design and
production.
Developing original designs/patterns for women’s collections.
Creating multiple collections for women’s market per year in range of natural fibers: cottons, wools, silks.
Developing colorways and handblock print designs directly with wood block print artisans in villages in India.
Sourcing fabrics: organic, handloom, artisan textiles in India.
Mehera Shaw is a small-scale, independent fashion house started in 1999 as a line of ethically–made, natural fibers/eco-friendly clothing. Trademark niche: bohemian classicism in vibrant, feminine and comfortable styles. Hand block prints, Asian and vintage inspiration add to the artisan feel of the collections. The style is upmarket, sophisticated casual wear in the better price category.
