Sarah Nesbit is a first-generation college graduate and recent Dual Masters Graduate with legal aspirations. Hailing from Columbia, SC, she has always seized every opportunity that comes her way. Being that she is both an ethical creative and a public-servant, she is passionate about implementing diversity within different sectors as a way to reform business and public policy arenas where black women aren’t traditionally represented. During her graduate studies, she studied and gained international business experience for six months in Paris. She authored a thesis on the importance of trademark rights for minority entrepreneurs and was able to really learn about the intersection of business within the fashion industry and the law. She has interests in regulatory trade, retail policy, and sustainability within luxury companies and how it relates to policy and corporate responsibility.
She aspires to become an ip/trademark attorney for artists and creatives.
