About me / About business or organisation:
tommy & lottie is a modern, unisex British baby clothing brand. We produce ethical & sustainable manufactured unisex baby clothing from age 3 months up to 2 years. Our brand values are delivering high quality products whilst ensuring they come from an ethical and sustainable source. The range offers 'staple' pieces which can be worn by a boy or girl in any season. As our clothing is good quality it can be handed down and reused/recycled. Our designs are modern, bold yet simple and capture the 'English' heritage of the UK and are on trend with other must have lifestyle products. Our tees are vertically produced in Tanzania and our harems and hats are made in Britain.
Career history / Company history:
tommy & lottie was launched in 2014 by founder, Katie Carr who named the business after her two children. Katie wanted to create a company which offers good quality, ethical & sustainable lifestyle products aimed at the childrens market and started with baby clothing which is has been popular in the gifting market. Katie's background is retail and marketing and has worked for Harrods, Woolworths and T Mobile in Product management and marketing roles. tommy & lottie have grown considerably in a short space of time and already have a handful of stockists both bricks & clicks. More products are due for launch in 2016!
