About me / About business or organisation:: Currently working with others to create NYC's first ethical/sustainable designer fashion retail store. Have been teaching others how to care for their own health for years.

Career history / Company history:: Writer, colonic hydrotherapist, iridologist, aromatherapist, herbalist, lymphologist, legal secretary, non-profit administrative assistant, hippie couturier (including repurposed clothing). Hobbies include all types of needlework, hiking, sailing.

At 23:00 on March 1, 2010, David McGill said…: Hi Meredith, yes they are all tartans but 'national' tartans that represent entire countries. They are ethically-produced in South Africa and environmentally friendly ie the lowest carbon footprintt of any fabric I know of. No valuable water resource is required to produce them and they are not dependent on climate. More importantly a percentage of their value goes to support humanitarian projects and form sustainable micro-businesses where resources are most needed.
