Hi Laura, I actually design these fabrics and have them woven into cloth to produce accessories and gifts for African countries. By using the colours in a country's flag I can provide a unique international symbol which helps to create awareness and identity. You can see examples at www.tartansforafrica.com. Only 14 are shown on the website but I now have 23 countries. Ive now added a ready-to-wear range of skirts and even wrapping paper.
