About me / About business or organisation:

I am a MA Design Studies (MADS) – student at Central Saint Martins. As part of my final project I am researching over-consumption and considering how we could change the way we shop in favour of more sustainable and conscious alternatives. I am interested in contributing to a grass-roots movement of individuals who want to make a change and react against manipulative advertising, and media pressures to over-consume things we don’t need.

My final project aims to look at consumption patterns in the UK and work with a diverse range of consumers to:

Educate and communicate the problems with over-consumption of fashion products in the UK
Understand what consumers need in order to actually change their behaviour (i.e. labelling, information pack, seminars etc)
Contribute to a grassroots movement of positive change in consumer behaviour
