About me / About business or organisation:

I love fashion. I love shopping. But I also love the earth and the people living on it. The growth of the ethical fashion market over the past decade is exciting and I look forward to being a part of its continued growth. I love being outdoors and have participated in 3 triathlons. I love food and am addicted to the television show Top Chef. Once a week I tutor a 5th grader at an after-school program in my community.

Career history / Company history:

I have been modeling for eighteen years and made a name for myself in fashion for introducing greater body diversity into the industry. Throughout my career I leveraged my voice in the fashion industry to advocate for eating disorders awareness, global poverty reduction, and environmental sustainability. In June 2009 I received a Master's in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School. I am currently developing a website for social conscious fashion and serve as vice president of an organization that fund's girls' secondary education in Rwanda.
