About me / About business or organisation:

I am developing an ethical childrenswear business in Brazil. I knew about the Ethical Forum at London College of Fashion (where I am studying buying and merchandising). In the moment I am researching about ethical issues to create the right concept to my new brand.

Career history / Company history:

Feb 2014 – May 2014: Internship, Pringle of Scotland, London.
Responsibilities: assisting the merchandising manager and the product development team in updating and maintaining database information; keeping track of fabric development status; keeping fabric tidy; obtaining prices and information; developing the A/W14 training guide for the retail stores team; contributing to the design process of the A/W14 bags collection.

Feb 2014 – Feb 2014: Internship, Barbara Casasola, London.
Responsibilities: helping to organize the Brazilian Fashion Exhibition at the Brazilian Embassy.

Oct 2012 – Present: Manager’s Assistant for Topshop concession Wal G.
Responsibilities: advising customers; selecting quantities in line with sales figures; checking weekly figures from brand concession and competitors; organizing stock; visual merchandising.

Jan 2010 – Aug 2012: Fashion Consultant, Sao Paulo.
Responsibilities: assisting clients’ purchase choices, personal wardrobe advice; style and personal colour palette advice.
