GREENshowroom - an unconventional trade-fair/showroom, envisioning the future of the high-end lifestyle sector of zeitgeist and design in combination with sustainability. The refreshing concept re-defines the meaning of luxury in an exciting and contemporary way with showing the real luxury – organic and fair trade products of highest quality and design. A selection of international brands from fashion, accessories and beauty, are to be discovered in the exquisite suites of the renowned five-star Hotel Adlon in Berlin. To close the gap between sourcing and designer, GREENshowroom started showing textile suppliers.
Career history / Company history:
GREENshowroom was founded 2009 by the designers Jana Keller and Magdalena Schaffrin, they both felt wrongly placed in the conventional fashionfairs as well as in the Green fairs. With Green Fairs the vision was shared, but the distinct collection didn’t fit
in the picture between bio cotton shirts and bags. In the high-end section the fashionable
aspects where liked, but understanding of the sustainable materials and politically correct
manufacturing standards was lacking. A new platform was needed... GREEN was born!
