Career history / Company history:
Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships, Save the Children UK
(August 2017-Present)
• Account Manager in one of the sectors largest corporate partnerships; Save the Children & Reckitt Benckiser, a global partnership with a key focus on health and diarrhoea prevention in Nigeria and India.
• Lead and manage the delivery of the Save the Children- Reckitt Benckiser Stop Diarrhoea Initiative programmes in India and Nigeria each with a total budget of approx. £5million. I work directly with technical advisory staff in Lagos and Delhi to ensure all KPIs in relation to programme implementation. This also involves significant financial and budgetary management.
• Finance manager for RB Global Partnership worth approx.:£ 6.5m/annum monitoring both income and expenditure and ensuring we reach our quarterly and yearly targets.
• Support 34 global markets including 4 in Latin America and 2 in the gulf region ensuring that our global account raises their contributions to our 3.5m employee fundraising target. I have supported a number of fundraising initiatives including the activation of Cause Related Marketing (CRM) campaigns in Romania and Hong Kong.
• Communication lead: develop and manage our bespoke comms plan for the STC-RB partnership both internally and externally. This has involved the development of partnership videos in collaboration with external agencies and the organisation of specific launch events, most recently the launch of Rotravirus roll out in Lagos, Nigeria.

Assistant, Global Programmes Directorate, Save the Children UK
(June 2015 – Present)
50% Project Manager, 30% Directorate Assistant, 20% Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer (Shared-Value Partnerships)

• Project/Change management: facilitated 3 change projects across a 500+ person’s division. Including embedding new project management framework (ADI);
• Communications: manage communications for a 500+ persons. Result? A 10% increase in staff engagement scores over the last year;
• Collaboration: represent Global programmes and advise on cross- organisational initiatives such as implementing new systems, processes, and ideas;
• Analysis and research: led a range a range of client focussed evaluations (using qualitative and quantitative analysis) from across Save the Children’s programme portfolio, most recently evaluation of the GSK/Save the Children Healthcare Innovation Award (HIA). This has included field visits to Nepal and South Africa;
• Developed and executed Save the Children UKs induction programme for Country Office Senior Management Team members;
• Support the Global Programmes Senior Management team: establishing clear strategic direction, appropriate information flow, enhanced transparency, and collective ownership;

Ebola Response Officer, BOND (for international development)
(December 2014-May 2015)

• Set up and managed the DFID funded ‘Ebola Response Hub’- an online platform aimed at enhancing coordination and information sharing among agencies responding to Ebola;
• Built an online presence for the Ebola Response hub through a variety of communications channels (social media, E-Newsletter, vlogs);
• Rapidly established systems for monitoring the effectiveness of Bond’s Ebola response activities;
• Researched and advised NGOs on best practice responses for Ebola;
• Organised workshops between NGOs and the Department for International Development;

Communications and Projects Officer, The GREAT Initiative
(November 2014-February 2016)

• Led desk based funding analysis to identify opportunities for future funding and opportunities for collaboration;
• Supported the development of GREAT’s fundraising and communication plan increasing publicity and support;
• Managed the development and design of events and produced event reports;
• Led in the evaluation of GREAT’s first pilot project, including quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis;
