My name is catherine and I am from the UK but spend most of my time in Kerala. I work with organic cotton products and dye them using very special natural and ayurvedic dye with no chemical mordents. I am hoping to meet with Satish Chukkapalli from Zameen in the next couple of weeks as I would really liked to use organic cotton from this farming group which I find out you set up.....great work. Also came across chetna a few years ago. Who is the best person to contact there? What are you currently working on at Auroville? look forward to your feedback
Hello dear i saw your profile here in this site so i feel like contacting you for a relationship so if you think it’s cool you can reply me with my email ’'jennajenna30@yahoo.com’'bye hopping to hear from you soonest.
I am really interested in your company- I am just launching my own ethical accessories label (selection of images on my page) out of Calcutta, using an IFAT & Indian and Asian Fair Trade Forum member manufacturer.
I would love to use organic cotton, especially sourced direct from the farmers, for my bags but have struggled to find a viable source.
I had some introductory meetings with suppliers, but am lead to believe that there are issues with certifying cotton organic once it has left the producer... can't believe there isn't a way round it but in any case would love to hear your views (as this is not something I know much about) with a view to perhaps putting you in touch with my manufacturer to discuss the possibility of supplying them if things look promising.
