- Presently working as an Associate Professor & Head of the Department for the Post Graduate Department of Fashion Management Studies (FMS), at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhubaneswar. Associated with various Civil Society organisations as honorary consultant on environmental, ethical and sustainable development issues.

- Joined NIFT in 2005, before that worked with organisations like Center for International Trade in Agriculture and Agro-based Industry (CITA), New Delhi; Resource Development Centre, AKF, University of Delhi etc. in various capacities.
