- My name is Cecilia Hammarborg I am a fashion designer
and passionate about ethical and sustainable fashion.
I started my own fashion design company Gun And Sparrow Ltd in Aug 2009. I am trading under my own name
Cecilia Hammarborg.
This first year has been really exiting and the company is doing well. All my production is done locally in an east end London factory.
So far I have been specialising in women's outerwear the brand name under my own name Cecilia Hammarborg. My debut collection "Black River Falls" was part of Topshops International Designer Collections -EDIT. And I have been selling my product in a hand full of Boutiques across London such as YMC, Beyond the Valley, Labour of Love, Equa and my own co-operative travelling shop Swanfield in London.
In 2010 my AW collection will also be available at
Goodstead in Edinburgh, Bespoke Boutique in Norwich and
Magic Number 3 in Saltaire.

I am designing and manufacturing an exclusive ethical produced outer-wear label for a major European high-street company which will be launched this September.
At the moment I am working on my first ready-to-wear collection under my own brand name Cecilia Hammarborg which will be presented at Carrousel de la Mode during Paris Fashion Week this September.

AW 2008 founded Swanfield Pop-Up Boutique
with Katherine Pont - women's wear designer of 'Mine' -
a co-operative travelling shop together with a collective of east London designers. Swanfield is a pop-up shop functioning as a platform for independent design talent. Along side the fashion we also present weekly art exhibitions, live music and cocktails and cakes by baker Lily Vanilli.
