About me / About business or organisation:
From local school hall to global stage of screen and elite sport, Glitter and Dance Fabric Specialists are in a league of their own. The Mansfield based wholesaler and retailer of dance fabrics started in the family garage in the late 1990's, supplying affordable net to mums who had trouble sourcing fabrics for their daughters’ dance costumes. The business, now run by the founder’s daughters, stocks hundreds of quality fabric lines – dreamy designs for international dance competitions to stronger stretchy pieces used in Olympic gymnastics. Glitter and Dance design their own fabrics and offer a full costume design service. Staff have a deep understanding of dance and a strong online presence reaps global sales. The business has supplied Channel 10’s So You Think You Can Dance and Baz Luhrmann’s Great Gatsby movie and Strictly Ballroom stage production. Its Glitter Global Grant program helps poor Sri Lankan children attend traditional dance lessons.

“Our focus is always having the highest quality product, sold by exceptionally trained staff, in the most innovative way possible.” Carly Vidal-WallaceOur business supply stretch fabrics for manufacturers specific to the dance industry - we are launching into fashion.
