About me / About business or organisation:

Hi there! I’m Amy Martin, a jewelry designer and metalsmith who is on a mission to find amazing ethically-made fashion, decor, and, well, anything else that strikes my fancy. As someone who designs and creates (what I like to think of as) awesome jewelry out of ethically-sourced metals, I am a firm believer that no one has to sacrifice great style for the cause of caring about the world.

It can take a little more work than a trip to the mall, though, so I’ve decided to start here by finding designers and companies who are doing a stellar job of making a positive impact on the world AND making well-designed products. And since this is something that is so much bigger than just making myself a shopping list, I’ve decided to share it with you.

It’s these everyday decisions that we make – YOU & ME – that change the world.

Career history / Company history:

I began designing and creating jewelry in 2006. It's always been important to me to use materials that are ethically sourced, however more recently I've become even more conscientious about every aspect of my business - from design to manufacturing to marketing to packaging.

Out of this renewed commitment to sustainability, I have recently started a blog in which I will be featuring ethical fashion designers and companies, which will also spread out to other aspects of design, such as home decor.
