About me / About business or organisation:

I relocated to Asia a few years ago to pursue further interests in China and South East Asia. My focus is on community development through textiles and fashion, being able to raise awareness and keeping traditional skills alive within local communities and helping them be self sustainable.

This in turn led me to set up "Peony Rice" as a project to allow me to work with all of the beautiful textiles that i have collected during my journeys. Peony Rice in turn is taking me along a different path...it is a path of light and i hope others can enjoy it as much as i do.

Career history / Company history:

Majority of time spent in the luxury and designer markets in the USA before continuing the journey in Asia working for the Asia Pacific Market, which has now led me to begin one of many projects - currently working on Peony Rice - a womenswear resort collection made with love using locally sourced silks and reclaimed fabrics.
