I have relocated to Sunny Australia and am looking for work as a Design or Studio Assistant, so Hire Me!!
I have worked for a variety of High End Fashion, and Ethical Labels including: Sir Tom Baker, Worn Again, Ethical Fashion Forum, Pants to Poverty, MUMO, Eden Studios and Guarav Gupta to create Manufacturing set-ups, Bespoke Pieces, Products, Props and Journalistic pieces.
In my spare time I illustrate and Screen Printing clothing and accessories for a private project. Which supports www.thepits.co.
A magnet to new challenges, University Arts London selected me to be Guest Fashion Tutor at the Institute of Fine Arts, India, where I excelled and extended my stay by 3 months to further my interest in Journalism and the Ethical Industry in India and Nepal, featuring on EFF's Website. I have a continuing relationship with UAL and the International School of Creative Arts, providing Tutoring and Leadership.
I have also assisted at John Galliano, Lucy Orta, and Gareth Pugh. Known for my adaptability, enthusiasm for Intelligent and Sustainable Fashion and Product Design and Journalism.

Freelance Fashion, Product and Prop Designer with Manufacturing, Leadership and Journalism experience.
Previous experience within luxury labels Sir Tom Baker, John Galliano, and Gareth Pugh, furthermore, ethical brands: Worn Again, Ethical Fashion Forum, Pants to Poverty and Partimi.
My experience covers: Upcycled Product Design, Product and Fashion Pattern Cutting, Sampling, Small Scale Manufacture, Dressmaking, Researcher, and plenty more.

Quick intro to me - im a Chelsea MA graduate and I now work as a design & marketing adviser for NGOs who work directly with grassroot producers / artisans. I was working in India last year with 2 amaizng artisan groups (ikat weaving & tribal jewellery) and im now based in Kathmandu, Nepal, working on a project run by an organisation called Home Net.
Are you working on the DEFRA project in India?? Is there any scope for you to come over to Nepal as well??
How funny! Maybe we have met already, as I've been to rix mix to Ben's office a few times a couple of months ago. Great! I'm about to launch a blog - perhaps you could be a guest writer on it and submit an article. what do you think?

Thank you for your comment, Are you still in Nepal? Would you like to India? I will show you the wonderful hand embroidery done by Megwal women living here in the desert. Wonderful fashion garments are created by them by applying the hand embroidery.

I have been working with natural fibres in Nepal for a long time now and can supply you with fibre, yarns, textiles, as well as finished goods. Please have a look at www.heavenhemp.co.uk and www.wildweaves.co.uk to get an idea of what we do. I work with hemp, nettle, cactus, banana, bamboo . I also have a small workshop where we make bags, clothing and rugs from natural fibres. Hope to hear from you and would like to be your friend. Take care,
