Recent graduate in fashion design from Kingston University, London. After receiving good feedback from my dissertation on ethical fashion it has encouraged me to be ethical throughout my design. I aim creating a collection to encourage consumers that eco-friendly clothing can be luxurious and savvy.
I guess I am Katie but only in wool at the moment which I think is the most eco-friendly textile of all.
My comment on cotton was made because everyone seems to be talking about certified and/or fair trade and/or organic cotton but I still dont know who certifies and how and under what criteria, what represents organic and how fairly its traded.
It certainly sounds great but I quetion if were going the rightway about this.
