Looking for Shoe Recycling Project in the UK

We are a small shoe company and looking at generally encouraging recycling of their shoes for our customers through a discount incentive scheme, and also looking for the best way to recycle our own non-saleable but wearable stock, and wondered if anyone knows of anything in the UK similar to this: http://www.soles4souls.org?

Hi,

Harvey Nichols ran something similar asking customers to donate womens suits to a charity who provide clothing for women going to job interviews. For every item donated they would recieve a voucher to spend in store.
