Event Description

The Making More For Less Transition Fashion competition will demonstrate what can be achieved with a budget of a mere £10, a few plastic bags, sweet wrappers and leaves...and a bit of imagination. Our transition designers will be Making More For Less - quite literally.

The challenge:

Using recycled and recyclable materials and a budget of up to £10, design and create an original outfit that embodies Transition chic!

Be as adventurous as you like - all styles and themes are welcome.

Transition fashion is ethical, cost-efficient and sustainable; and best of all, anyone can turn their hand to creating a piece of transition couture.

Shortlisted entries will be invited to model their designs at the Making More For Less fashion show on the evening of Saturday September 4th.
