Prepare to be dazzled when Columbia Road’s ethical jewellery and accessories boutique, Cerise, will be opening its doors for an exclusive shopping event; an eco-fabulous afternoon with leading ethical fashion label, Makepiece, and renowned ethical stylist, Lupe Castro from Ethical Heaven.
As ethical and sustainable fashion gains style credentials, Cerise is joining forces with unique knitwear company, Makepiece, and inviting you to an exclusive afternoon where Makepiece co-founder, Beate Kubitz, talks about fashion, style and her very own sheep. Lupe Castro will be on hand to give tips on ethical styling and make-up.
This will be a free introduction to the issues driving fashion with a conscience and will demonstrate how you can select style with substance and choose clothes which you can wear with pride. You will also learn more about the ‘sheep to chic’ brand which is making waves in the world of contemporary fashion with its dramatic and stunning knitwear designs and how co-founder, Beate, juggles the different worlds of farming and fashion.
Ethical shoe designer, Hetty Rose, will be presenting her latest shoe and accessories collection alongside the Spring Summer knitwear collections and a sneak preview of what’s in store for Autumn Winter.
There will also be complimentary Divine chocolates and a chance to win a signed copy of Matilda Lee's book, "Eco Chic"
